If the package you've created and/or been assigned was created as a distributed list, the article below will detail how to manage those spots.
When the third party coordinator (TPC) first logs in to their account, and navigates to their EVENT MANAGEMENT CENTER, there will be no guests in the attendee list. This is because the TPC has not yet invited anyone. To do this, the TPC should click the DEDICATED WEB PAGE LINK button.
The YOUR UNIQUE EVENT WEB PAGE LINK will open. This contains the link for guests to register for this package. If the TPC clicks COPY, the link will be copied into their clipboard. They can then distribute this link to whoever they think will be interested in attending this event.
When people access the link, they'll be taken to the registration page for their package. They can click the registration button (in this event's case, it's called bronze) to register.
By clicking this button, they'll be able to register for the event by filling out the required fields.
You can monitor who has signed up by clicking YOUR ONLINE REGISTRATIONS.
The ATTENDEES REGISTERED VIA YOUR DEDICATED EVENT WEB PAGE window will appear. This contains a list of everyone who has signed up via the link you distributed.
If you want to export your guest list into a spreadsheet, click the export button.
Whenever you think your list is complete, click FINALIZE to submit your names to the event manager.
