After the third party coordinator (TPC) logs in using their temporary password and creates their new password, they'll be able to access the packages they've been tasked to manage. A TPC can be assigned to multiple events, or separate packages within the same event.
If they click the hyperlink that corresponds with an event, they'll be redirected to their EVENT MANAGEMENT CENTER.
This panel provides basic information to TPCs to help them utilize the tools on this page. If the TPC no longer wants to reserve this package, they should click CANCEL RESERVATION.
The top left panel showcases all of the basic info about the event.
If the TPC clicks this button next to EVENT INFO, a window will expand with the event description.
If the TPC clicks the button next to YOUR EVENT PACKAGE INFO will open up a window with the package description that was assigned to this package.
DOCUMENTS FOR DOWNLOAD will display any documents that were assigned to third party coordinators. For more info on this process, refer to our article Adding Documents to an Event. When you click the document hyperlink, it will download to your computer
The CURRENT COORDINATOR table will highlight the person who has been assigned to manage this package.
If you want to add an additional coordinator to manage this package, click ADD NEW COORDINATOR.
The ADD NEW COORDINATOR window will appear. FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, COMPANY and EMAIL are required fields, but all other textboxes are optional. If you want to add a personalized message to the attendee's confirmation email, you can do so in the textbox provided. Once you've added all of your specifications for this guest, click ADD COORDINATOR.
You can edit the contact details of any coordinator by clicking the edit icon that corresponds with their name.
The UPDATE COORDINATOR DETAILS window will appear. You can make amendments in the provided textboxes, then press SAVE CHANGES.
If the coordinator will also be one of the attendees in the package, click ADD TO ATTENDEE LIST next to the corresponding coordinator name.
The SELECT ATTENDEE GROUP FOR COORDINATOR window will appear. The tiers / buttons created within this package will appear. For more information on this process, refer to Creating an Event with Third Party.
Once selected, click SELECT ATTENDEE GROUP.
The coordinator will appear in the attendee list within the tier they were assigned. For more info on this section of the Event Management Center, refer to Managing Your Attendee List.
