One of the most useful tools for your guests is the ability to add SeatRobot events to their calendars. There are a number of ways to do this.
The first way that guests that add events to their calendars is by navigating to the EVENT WEB PAGE. There are two icons that guests can click to add events to their calendars. The icon with a G next to it will integrate with Google Calendar. The icon to the left will integrate with iCal and Outlook.
Your guests can also access these buttons through their registration page. When guests register, they'll automatically receive a confirmation email. For more information on this process, please refer to Customizing Confirmation Emails.
Within every confirmation email, there will be a button called UPDATE MY INFORMATION, that will lead to your guest's registration page.
When they click that, they'll be able to edit their information, and have access to those calendar buttons.
You can also add calendar buttons directly into the body of the confirmation email. To do this, navigate to your EMAILS tab. Then choose the confirmation email you'd like to edit. For more information on this process, please refer to Customizing Confirmation Emails.
When you're editing the confirmation email, you can insert calendar buttons by clicking the BUTTONS AND LINKS dropdown menu and choosing CALENDAR BUTTONS.
