You can create dozens of different custom reports on your event guests using the Guest List.
First, use the Filters and Tags features of the Guest List to display any sub-set of guests, guest-types and related information that will form the basis of the report (when you generate a Guest List report, it will include all the guests currently visible on Guest List).
Then use the customizable export tool to create spreadsheets of those guests which include only the relevant information your report needs.
Examples of the kinds of filters you can apply to your Guest List include:
Registration Type - free, paid, 3rd party, by package
Guest status - invited, outstanding, confirmed, declined, waitlisted, bounced, attended
Guest Priority - apply hierarchy numbers to your guests (feature available when ‘Assigned Seating’ option is checked)
Tags - unlimited custom tags you create and apply to guests
Registration Question data - set questions for guests at registration and use their answers as filters
Once you have applied the necessary filters to your Guest List and have your desired sub-set of guests displayed, click the Export button to open the Export Panel:
Use the checkboxes to select which fields you would like to include in your report.
The upper panel includes selections for each guest’s personal data
The lower panel allows you to select additional, event-related information to include for each guest. You may select as many options as you wish before Exporting.
