With ZenGRM, you can create dozens of different custom reports on your event. To do this, first navigate to GUEST LIST.
At this point, you'll want to decide which guests you want to be included in your spreadsheet. For example, if you just want to generate a spreadsheet that includes all confirmed guests, you could use the filter by guest status function.
You can always tell which filter is on, because it will be displayed underneath the search bar.
Once you've filtered the guest list to display which guests you want to export into a spreadsheet, click the export icon.
The GENERATE GUEST REPORT window will appear. Check the boxes next to the data categories you want to be included in your spreadsheet, then click GENERATE REPORT.
After clicking GENERATE REPORT, a spreadsheet file will automatically download onto your computer. When you open the file, it will display the data categories you chose, based on the filter options you selected.
