If you've created a recurrent event, you can amend that event to allow guests to register for multiple occurrences within the set at the point of initial registration.
PLEASE NOTE: This is only applicable to free events. Tickets for individual occurrences within a recurrent set must be purchased per occurrence.
To enabled this feature, first navigate to DASHBOARD.
Identify your event, then click the green number to expand the individual occurrences.
Check the box next to ALLOW MULTIPLE REGISTRATION.
Now, when guests go to register for your event, there will be an option to register for multiple events.
If you check that box, the window will expand with the options for other events within the recurrent set that they can register for. The guest should select all dates they want to register for. If the guest wants to register for all occurrences within the set, they should check the box next to SELECT ALL AVAILABLE DATES.
PLEASE NOTE: If any of the events has reached capacity, it will be greyed out, so they can't select them.
Once the guest submits their registration details, they will receive two emails.
- The confirmation email for the primary event.
- An email that contains a list of all the events they registered for, which includes the event names, links to the personal guest registration page for each event, and calendar links for each event.
PLEASE NOTE: When someone registers for multiple occurrences, they receive the confirmation email for the primary (first) event only. If you wish to send specific event information from any of the other occurrences they have registered for, you should create announcement emails within those individual occurrences.
