How Do I Sign In Using SSO?

In this article, we'll review how to sign on using SINGLE SIGN ON (SSO).

This article is relevant to SeatRobot users who belong to an organization that has enabled this process. 

If you DO NOT use an authenticator app to login, watch the video / read the text below. If you use an authenticator app, scroll down to the bottom of this article for instructions.

To start, navigate to seatrobot.com and click SIGN IN (top right corner).

You will be redirected to a sign in page. Sign in on the left side of the screen by typing your email into the textbox beneath CORPORATE EMAIL, then clicking SIGN IN.

After clicking SIGN IN, you will land on your DASHBOARD.

If you use an authenticator app to sign in to your SeatRobot account, watch the video and read the instructions below:

To start, navigate to seatrobot.com and click SIGN IN (top right corner).

You will be redirected to a sign in page. Sign in on the left side of the screen by typing your email into the textbox beneath CORPORATE EMAIL, then clicking SIGN IN.

Next, you will be redirected to your authenticator app. Follow the instructions listed on the page.

Once you've completed clearance via the authenticator app, you will be redirected to your SeatRobot DASHBOARD.
