When you upload contacts into Seatrobot the following data fields for each contact are available by default (each of these fields appears as a potential column header when importing your contact lists):
First Name
Last Name
Company
Title
Salutation
Suffix
Phone
Nick Name
External Identifier
Enterprise users can also create custom data fields to match the specific needs of their organization. Once created, these fields will appear as additional column headers for contacts import, and will attach to the contacts for event-level search and export functions.
Note: Custom contact fields can only be created at the Admin Unit Admin level. Once created, the custom fields will automatically appear as usable fields in each Business Unit in the Organization.
To create Custom Fields, access the Admin Unit admin area, the click CUSTOMIZE in the green navbar:
Click the 'Add Contact Field' button to reveal the Add Contact Field modal. Enter the name of the field you wish to create and give it an optional description (internal):
Once the new fields is created, toggling a field active will make that field appear as a contact data input for every Business Unit in your account. Toggling it inactive will hide it from those Business Units.
Deleting a field will make it unavailable and also remove all historical data for that field from the Contacts database of every Business Unit.
Editing the name of any field with existing data will update the historical contact data with the new name.
