There are a number of reasons you might need to edit guests' responses to additional registration questions. Most commonly, it'll be that one or more guests have informed you of changes to their answers, and you need to quickly make these adjustments behind the scenes.
This is easy to do within SeatRobot, and we'll run through the step-by-step instructions in this article. However, we always recommend that you encourage guests to make these changes themselves in order to empower them and save you time.

You can decipher which guests have responded to your questions by which icon appears in the registration question column (on the far left.)
The purple comment icon indicates that the guest has not answered the registration questions.
The yellow comment icon indicates that the guest has provided answers for some or all of the registration questions.
The red circle icon indicates that the guest has changed their answers to the registration questions.
If you click the purple icon next to a guest's name, the GUEST RESPONSES window will appear. If you click EDIT GUEST RESPONSES, you can edit their answers.
You will be redirected to the guest registration page, and the INFORMATION SUBMISSION window will be open. You can answer questions on behalf of the guest. Once you've selected the correct options, click SAVE YOUR ANSWERS.
Once you've submitted answers on behalf of a guest, their comment icon goes from purple to yellow.
You can also edit the answers for a guest who has already submitted answers. To do this, click the yellow comment icon that corresponds with their name.
The GUEST RESPONSES window will appear. The answers they've chosen will be highlighted in green. Click EDIT GUEST RESPONSES to amend their answers.
You will be redirected to the guest registration page of the person whose answers you're amending. Click the HERE hyperlink to edit their answers.
The INFORMATION SUBMISSION window will appear. You can amend the answers to every question, or just one question. When you're finished making edits, press SAVE YOUR ANSWERS.
If you edit a guest's registration question answers, they will receive an email that contains their updated responses.
If a guest updates their answers to a registration question, there will be a red dot icon where the comment icon would usually be.
If you click the red dot that corresponds with their name, the GUEST RESPONSES window will appear. If you click EDIT GUEST RESPONSES, you can edit their answers following the same process listed above. You can also click the button ACKNOWLEDGE RESPONSES, which will let the system know that this guest's changed answers have been noted and accounted for.
Once you've clicked the ACKNOWLEDGE RESPONSES button, the red dot icon will turn into a yellow comment icon.
