In SeatRobot, you can choose who your test emails are received by. This is useful for when you're creating an event with a team, and you'd all like to have comms oversight.
Sending test emails is an option when you're amending and/or creating Confirmation Emails, Invites, or Announcement Emails.
By default, the test emails will send to the event manager's email.
To add more recipients, first navigate to the EMAILS page inside your event.
Click TEST EMAIL ADDRESSES.
The EMAIL FOR TEST pop up window will appear. Type each individual recipient you want to receive your test emails on their own line.
Once you've finished typing in everyone's emails, press SAVE.
Now, when you click SEND TEST EMAIL in any email modal, all the email addresses saved in that window will receive it.
