Editing the Email Vanity Name

What is a vanity name? It is the name that appears when you receive an email. Essentially - it's who you're receiving an email from.

In SeatRobot, you have the option to edit the vanity name.

This will automatically be the name of your organization as it's registered in SeatRobot, but if you'd like to change it, you can personalize using these steps:

To start, navigate to the SETUP page inside your event.

In the MORE EVENT DETAILS section, there is a textbox for EMAILS FROM. You can enter anything you want in this textbox. For example, my organization's name is B&B University. However, the event I'm creating is specific to the humanities department. Therefore, I've amended the vanity name to be 'B&B University Humanities Department'

After typing in your preferred vanity name, press SAVE.
