Yes. You can add additional 'guest of's' to any confirmed, invited guest on your list. Find them in your Guest List, then click on the User + icon on the left side of their row. This will open the ‘Add / Edit Guest’ box.
Clicking the 'Add Guest Of' button will immediately add a new guest space to the box, named ‘Guest of [contact name]’.
If you know their specific guest info you can click on this first name and fill in their details. If not, you can leave the info as 'Guest of...". Then, click ‘Save'.
Note: even if you do not add the actual name / info for the new guest, this 'Guest of' will be recognized as a confirmed guest and will increment your event guest count by 1.
Above, the 'Guest Of' John Overmarch has had their details entered.
You will see after you have added this 'Guest of' to your guest, the green circle on their row (marking them as 'confirmed') now has a number '2' in it. This number displays the total number of guests and guest of's associated with that guest entry. It will increment by 1 for each further 'guest of' you add to the guest.
Further, if you mouse over the green confirm circle for the guest, details of the 'Guest Of's' for that guest will appear:
Finding and editing 'Guest Of's
1. If you did not add details of the 'guest of', the entry will not appear in the guest list on its own, or in search results. To edit the 'Guest Of' details, go to the original guest and click on the User+ icon on their guest row to re-open the 'Add / Edit Guest Of' box. From here you can edit their Guest Of info and click 'Save'. Once the Guest Of info has been updated, the Guest Of will appear in their own row on the Guest List and also appear in search results.
2. If you already added the details to the 'Guest Of', you can find them by scrolling through the Guest List, or by using the Guest List search box. (They will appear in alpha order of last name - indented slightly with a green outline circle, to denote they are a 'Guest Of' somebody else in the Guest List.)
