Series events are events that have multiple dates, but unlike recurrent events, they have connected registration. This means that if there are three events in the series, then registration is shared across all three events. It is NOT possible to register for only one event in a series.
Once the first date in the event series has passed, guests can no longer register for the series.
1. Start by creating your first event. This will be the first event in the series set. Some points to note about creating the first event in a series set:
a. You can ignore the registration buttons settings and / or the ticket settings for your master event if it will be a series: when a master event is copied into a series, the price can be set during the copying process - and the button on the register page will always say 'Register For Series'.
b. The confirmation email for the whole series is sent from this master event: you may want to add the dates / times and other info of all the events in the series to this initial confirmation email. This also applies to the confirmation email if your series is going to be paid.
c. The event description for the master event will be copied into all events in the series. At this point it's useful to decide whether the event descriptions for every event in the series will be the same, or whether each will have its own unique details.
If all event descriptions will be the same - make sure to include all the info on all events / classes in the series in the description in this master event

2. Find the event you want to copy in the dashboard. Then click on the 'Copy' icon to open the Event Copy modal (see Figure 1).
3. Select the 'Series' option (see Figure 2).

4. Next, add a price for the series. This is not required, series events can also be free. (see Figure 3).
5. Then, select how the event copies are going to be scheduled, the options are 'Create Multiple Simple Copies' or 'Create Copies by Schedule' (see Figure 3).
Figure 3
'Create Multiple Simple Copies' will copy all of the event details, including the date. 'Create Copies by Schedule' will copy the event details, but have different dates depending on whether you selected 'Daily' 'Weekly', or 'Monthly' (see Figure 3).
Remember - the total number of events in the series will always include the first event - so if your series will have 3 events in total, you should make 2 copies!
6. After that, the next step is to enter the number of event copies you wish to create. To do this, enter the desired number of copies in the 'Quantity' box (see Figure 3).
7. Lastly, when finished, press the 'Save' button at the bottom of the modal (see Figure 4).

Now the series event set has been created.
Seatrobot gives the copies the same name as the original event, with the relevant date appended to each title.
To view the newly created set of series events, click on the green badge on the left of the event name. The number in the badge corresponds to the total number of events in the series (see Figure 5).
Figure 5
This opens up a list of the events in the series set on the right side of the screen. From here, you can edit names and dates of events in the set.
To edit the name of one of the events, select its checkbox, then click the 'Edit Name' button.
To edit the date of one of the events, select its checkbox, then click the 'Edit Date' button
Other event details for individual events in a series set, including the event description, customized register page, email communications etc. can still be edited by clicking on the individual event name in the list. (see Figure 6).
For a series event, you may wish to go into each event in the series and edit the event description - adding details of what will be included in that specific class / event.
