For Sutter Health users we have a dedicated support team who are on hand to assist in any way they can. We have created help videos and documents specifically related to creating classes and events at Sutter Health
Follow the steps below to access this support section. Please note, you must have been pre-installed with a recognized email address to access these documents. This should have been done when you were given access to the seatrobot platform to create events.
- Start off by going to SeatRobot Support (support.seatrobot.com)
- At the Seatrobot support homepage go to ‘sign in’ located in the top right corner.
- Then click on the ‘Get a Password’ link to start the process.
- Then enter your email.
- After entering your email you will receive a email from SeatRobot asking you to set your own password. we suggest you et the same password you used when you created your login to www.seatrobot.com
- Once you have a password you can sign into SeatRobot Support and view the Sutter Health Section.
