Tickets sold are subject to fees by both Seatrobot and Seatrobot's payment processor (Stripe).
The fees charged for payment processing by Stripe are available here. Stripe's payment processing fees are applied to the gross ticket value (i.e. the face value of the Ticket plus any Seatrobot Ticketing Fees)
Current prevailing Seatrobot Ticketing Fees are set out in the table below. Please note that Seatrobot reserves the right to alter / amend these fees at any time: any such amendment will be updated on this page. Seatrobot may negotiate different rates on a Customer by Customer basis as it deems necessary without publishing those individually negotiated rates here.
Fixed Fees are applied per individual included in the Ticket package. If a Ticket package includes multiple registrations in the same ticket (i.e. allow admission to multiple individuals or provide multiple seats at an event), the Fixed Fee is multiplied by the number of individuals in the ticket package for that purchase.
For Tickets which include Tables, an individual Ticketing Fee (fixed fee and percentage of value) is calculated by dividing the price of the Table Package by the number of seats in the table. This individual Ticketing Fee is then multiplied by the number of seats in the table and applied to the Ticket face value.

Example:
A Ticket with a face value of $100, will incur a Seatrobot Ticketing Fee of $3.89 ($0.99 + [2.9% of $100 = $2.99])
The purchaser is therefore charged $103.89.
Stripe charges its fee on this gross amount (e.g. 2.9% + 30c), so the net received by Seatrobot Ticketing would be $103.89 - 2.9% - $0.30 = $100.58
Seatrobot then deducts its Ticketing Fee of $3.89. Therefore your net payment after the event for this Ticket would be $100.58 - $3.89 = $96.69
Hiding Fees from the Purchaser:
If you select the 'Include Fees In Price' option when creating a Ticket, then the Seatrobot Ticketing Fees will not be added to the face value of the ticket at the point of sale. Therefore the calculation for the same Ticket with fees hidden would be as follows:
The purchaser is charged $100.
Stripe charges its fee on this gross amount (e.g. 2.9% + 30c), so the net received by Seatrobot Ticketing would be $100 - 2.9% - $0.30 = $96.80
Seatrobot then deducts its Ticketing Fee of $3.89. Therefore your net payment after the event for this Ticket would be $96.80 - $3.89 = $92.91

The Bill Me Later option can be applied to Tickets. This allows the purchaser to 'reserve' a Ticket and pay you directly at some later point, using any payment method you arrange. If you select this option for Tickets ion your event web page, you are solely responsible for collecting Ticket monies from your Ticket purchasers. Seatrobot Ticketing will not collect any portion of the Ticket face value on your behalf.
If you apply the Bill me Later option to any Ticket, Seatrobot still charges the purchaser a Ticketing Fee (Bill Me Later Fee), as in the table above. This fee is processed by Stripe at the point of reservation and after Stripe's deduction the net amount is retained entirely by Seatrobot and not included in your settlement at the end of the event.
Hiding 'Bill Me Later' Fees from the Purchaser:
If you select the 'Include Fees In Price' option when creating a Bill Me Later Ticket, then the Seatrobot Bill Me Later Fees will not be applied at the point of sale. Ticket Purchasers will pay nothing to reserve a place at your event and do not have to enter any payment information.
Seatrobot still charges the Bill Me Later fee as in the table above for these reservations, but charges it instead to the credit card on your Seatrobot account used for your monthly subscription payments. You will receive an email receipt from Stripe and a paid invoice from Seatrobot for each Bill Me Later fee charged to your account.
