The Time column in the Guest List shows the 'last modification' date / time for the guest record in that row. The column has a sortable header; clicking the Time header sorts the page by the dates in the column, ascending or descending.
It is designed so that event managers can more easily filter the Guest List by the earliest or most recent changes that have been made to a guest record. The date / time for a guest record will update whenever a change is made to a guest's status - usually a change which has been made by the guests themselves, or by the event manager based on information gathered from the guest.
The date / time is not updated when routine additions are made to the guest record by the event manager.
